We are Solicitors, Accountants and Mortgage Brokers ourselves. We already "do" confidentiality all day every day. We KNOW what it means.
We will always ensure that your affairs remain confidential. End of. Our duty of confidentiality remains in place forever.

Penn Services is a specialist company that augments our regulated businesses.
We are regulated in law and financial services in our sister companies.
Regulated businesses cost more money to run because of the regulation that we are faced with.
Therefore it makes sense to undertake unregulated work in a different company to keep YOUR costs down.
The Confusion Between Regulated and Non-Regulated Work

We get it.....it all seems so confusing for businesses to understand if you need a regulated Solicitor or a non-regulated adviser - or whether you need a regulated finance broker or can use an unregulated finance advisor.
If you need legal advice on a range of regulated legal matters you will need to contact a law firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We can do that. Our sister company Penn Chambers is an SRA-regulated law firm.
In many cases, however, when seeking advice on unregulated legal matters, we can assist you in Penn Services.
If you need regulated finance you will need to contact a brokerage firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We can do that. Our sister company Penn Financial is an FCA-regulated mortgage brokerage.
In many cases, however, you will seek unregulated finance, we can assist you in Penn Services.
Rather than trying to explain which type of activity is dealt with where - leaving aside the issues where there is still confusion with the Regulators in the first place - come and speak to us and we will guide you to the right company and right team.
